Pierre Julhe

Specialist in employment law.

Pierre Julhe handles every aspect of individual and collective employment relationships. He advises companies and individuals, and represents clients before the Labour Court (conseil de prud’hommes), other courts and the Court of Appeal. His expertise has been recognised for more than 15 years. Because we spend most of our lives at work, sound advice, support and representation in this area are essential. Because the termination of an employment contract is often a very painful experience, Pierre Julhe’s priority is to listen carefully and stand by you every step of the way.

He works with you to devise the best strategy to defend your rights. A specialist in the termination of employment contracts, he supports you through negotiation or litigation. Maître Julhe also represents companies in URSSAF (social security) reassessment proceedings and before the courts to challenge such reassessments. He also assists companies and employees in proceedings to establish workplace accidents or occupational illnesses before the social security courts.

He has also developed expertise in business transfers and the sale of business assets. A former lecturer at the Toulouse Faculty of Law, Maître Julhe also taught at the Toulouse Purpan School of Engineering from 2004 to 2010 and at the Albi Faculty of Law from 2010 to 2016, where he taught employment law and vocational training law. He plays an active role in developing the Juxta network, a national network of law firms specialising in employment relationships.
